Cinnamon Scented Chocolate Fruit Shake

This was a great thing to wake up to this morning - a little chocolate, some fruit, yogurt and spices. Simply fabulous!

1/2 cup skim yogurt
1 banana
1 pear
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp flax meal
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cardamom

Blend all together in a tall glass with a hand blender. Taste and add agave nectar or honey if needed. Enjoy!

What a great idea to make an Indian spiced shake. Yum! I wonder what it would taste like as frozen yogurt?
